Top 5 Reason You Can't Blame New Orleans for Loosing in 5 Games to Denver

Reason#5
Unhealthy
Morris Peterson and Tyson Chandler are just two of the Honets battered with injury.  This took a toll on others having to pick up the slack and left the scarce bench.

Reason#4
Chris Paul's Knee
In game 3, Chris Paul suffered an injury to the knee.  Since the injury, Chris Paul was not the same since.

Reason #3
David West vs. KMart
This season, David West  wasn't the same player. Even though he was selected as an All-Star, West's game is only a fraction of what it was last season.

Reason #2
Pargo-less
Janero Pargo was a major part of  the Hornets team last season. Pargo left for big bucks in Euro league amd took a major part of the scoring with him.  His depature lleft a void in the bench and in the back up point guard position.  The Horntes never seemed to scquire the right replacement for Pargo absence.  They also missed Pargo's defense which leads me to my next reason.

Reason #1
Chauncey BahBahBah Billiups
It seemed as if no one could stop the former Finals NBA for the Detroit Pistons.  In game one,  Mr. Big Shot was no match for the Hornets' defense making 8 three pointers on April 20, 2009.  Since Billups's arrival in Dever ( and AI's departure) the Nuggets have been a different team.  Their main goal went from scoring to defense.  His winning mentality poured from the coaches to the trainer.  The Chauncey Billups/Iverson Trade was the best trade all season.
